overview

i'm in my calm before the storm era.

i'm relishing in the last of my break from my program before it starts again. it's going to be really busy for 3-4 months and i'm a little worried about what that means for my hobbies, but i've managed before. honestly, it might be good for me to have a bit more to do, lol.

in the meantime, i'm working on this site, watching everything in danny pudi's filmography, working on a short comic, spending time with family, and being insane. it's a good time!

what am i doing?

art

chugging along and working on an 18-page comic i expect to finish by the beginning of june.
trying to get back into drawing on clip studio – i want to finish more of my work!
i want to try and make merch.

trying to finish my acnh shrine – work on pages i don't have, and clean up the club homepage!
more shrines: danny pudi, pokemon, fe3h... a ship?

personal

worm and i are doing training.
my body has been kind of creaky lately, so i gotta get back into yoga, lol.
i'm reading more, and also collecting the diary of a wimpy kid series again. they're still good books.
i made a dreamwidth account to house my less organized, more abstract brainworms.

in the future

i'd like to go out more.

i'm realizing i don't have many friends who like to go out and do things, or don't have that freedom. i know i could go do things myself, but i'm not exactly sure where to start.

i'll probably start small and try working in coffee shops in places i frequent, to build up a tolerance for spending time by myself out and about. then maybe i can go to social events?

this was a lot easier when i lived by myself in a city with good public transportation, but we make do.
